Back 2 Skool

Hands up who wants to go Back 2 School? Teams become school classes to take part in fun ‘lessons’ such as Art, Photography, Home Economics, Drama, Science and Games - and no, you can’t bring a note from your Mum!

The event is hosted by Headmaster Sydney Nettleship and his teaching staff, played by Team Spirit actors in costume, and classes compete to come out top of the form as your ‘Back 2 Skool Best Class’.

Our fun curriculum is individually tailormade for you, making Back 2 School not just a great half day team activity, but also perfect as a participative evening entertainment. You can also let your star pupils celebrate ‘end of term’ by rounding things off with a Skool Disco.

Chariot Challenge

Can you conquer the Chariot Challenge? This epic event will see your teams build, customise and brand their own life-sized Team Chariot - and then put it to the test.

Inspiration, communication and creativity will all be vital as they work from challenging blueprints to build their Chariot, using one of the toughest materials known to man - cardboard.

This is a fun, interactive event that calls for effective teamwork, but it’s not over when the building phase has finished! The finished creations will have to withstand the ultimate test in the ‘Chariot Challenge Finale’.

Charity Bike Build

You’ll get that extra feelgood factor when you take part in our Charity Bike Build event, as your teams are challenged to build kids’ bikes for charity.

This team building event is creative, fun and competitive, and will give your teams a real sense of pride and achievement in giving something back to the community.

Participants enter the fully themed Bike Build room, where they will watch a short video to set the scene before your host introduces the activity.

Teams have to haggle with each other for crucial parts, before building their bikes with the help of uniformed Team Spirit staff and expert bike technicians. Once their bikes are finished and checked, delegates will complete proficiency tests to make sure they are roadworthy - the bikes, not the delegates!

As the clock ticks down, teams will decorate their bikes before putting them on display for all to see.

Charity Bike Build is a great teambuilding event, it’s loads of fun, and of course it’s also a wheely good way to help a charity.

Chocolate Challenge

You get given chocolate. What, that’s not enough? OK, let’s tell you more about our Chocolate Challenge.

Under the tuition of a Master Chocolatier, you will learn how to hand make scrumptious truffles. Your Chocolatier will give a 3 stage demonstration, then mini teams get hands on to design and make their own chocolatey creations.

The Chocolate Challengers are sure to enjoy this sweet activity, and everyone gets to take away 30 - 50 truffles they've made themselves - if there are any left!!

Also included is a brief history of chocolate, and packing for chocolates being taken away.

Ever felt like running away with the circus? Well you can learn some real Big Top skills just by Clowning Around.

Circus skills experts will teach your delegates juggling, plate spinning and balloon modelling in thisfun icebreaker or energiser activity.

Participants will take home a set of equipment for each activity, so they can practice their newfound skills after the event - or just in case they DO run away with the circus!

Teams will put their forensic and detection skills to the test when they become crime scene investigators in our brilliant team and conference activity, CSI: Investigators.

There’s been a murder and they have to work together to solve it - will your super- sleuths have what it takes to crack the case?

They’ll question suspects and uncover all the evidence before each team puts forward their view of the case.

As if that wasn’t exciting enough, team members also have the chance to pass the rifle shooting test and safely detonate a bomb! Its then time to match fingerprints, solve clues and crack codes.

CSI: Investigators is a fascinating indoor and outdoor team activity packed full of action and intrigue. The only question left is whodunnit? Can you crack the case?

EXCELERATE is our brand new, high-octane team building experience – designed to pit delegates against each other in a flat out race to lift the coveted Constructors’ Championship!

Following a health and safety briefing, equipped with a toolkit of craft knives, safety gloves, and more cable ties than you can shake a gear stick at… it’s off to the pit lane, dressed in racing overalls and gripping their design blueprints, to commence cardboard construction.

As well as ensuring all teams’ cars are track worthy, competitors are required to brand their awesome racers in the colour and logo of their ‘sponsors’ – a creative way to highlight and thank key partners or to create visual links to support and strengthen key business messages.

When time’s up on the construction session, teams undertake a test run on the track after which they have just a few moments for final fine tuning before the big race. Cue the F1 theme tune… and they’re off!

In turn, and against the clock, teams race to the end of the track, quickly change drivers, then return to cross the finishing line and take the chequered flag.

Creativity and slick co-operation is the key to success in this fast, furious and unforgettable challenge. The teams that put in the most outstanding performances, under pressure, will earn their place on the winners podium.

Five players shoot at once creating an exciting competitive environment, but who will bag the most ‘birds'?

In our fully equipped film studios, they’ll take on the challenge of producing their own version of a blockbuster movie, or creating a corporate film.

Your team will definitely be ‘singing from the same hymn sheet’ by the end of this uplifting and energising event.

They will be taught to perform and sing as ‘One Company’ and ‘One Voice’ by our professional vocal coaches from the hit BBC show Last Choir Standing.

Designed to involve everyone - even those who think they can’t sing will find their voice - the event ends with a vibrant vocal finale to leave all involved proud of their achievements.

One Voice has a strong ‘One Team’ message built around fantastic fun and group interaction. It’s ideal for teambuilding, as an icebreaker, energiser or evening activity, and can be tailored to suit your needs and event messages perfectly. You’ll be singing its praises afterwards!

Outside Influence

Outside Influence is an exciting course of specially selected outdoor challenges which will put your teams to the test.

The fun and enjoyable challenges each last between 20 and 40 minutes, and are designed to encourage delegates to work together as a team.

Outside Influence is a great fun team activity, as part of an away day or conference, or it can be customised to focus on team skills like planning, communication, delegation and motivation.

The challenges your teams will face include Super Slalom, Minefield, Giant Jigsaw, Toxic Transfer, Retrieval, The Web, Levitation, Trigonometry and Ballistas.

This exciting event is typically held in the grounds of your conference venue, head office, or hotel, and is available throughout the UK and Europe.

Who will be Top of the Popsters in this tuneful team challenge?

Racing against the clock, and working to a set budget, your teams must transform themselves into pop tribute bands, before performing live in your Popsters Finale Show.

The winners will receive a Team Spirit ‘BRIT’ award and recording contract, but which band will beat the rest - Fake That? Oasish? Fleetwood Mock?

Tributes to the Beatles, Abba, Village People, Take That, Madness and the Spice Girls are just a few possibilities for your teams as they compete to be ‘Super Popsters'.

Skool Sportz

Remember sports day at school - well it’s a lot more fun the second time around! Take a trip down memory lane with our fun Skool Sportz themed event.

Old favourites like the Egg and Spoon, Sack Race, Sponge and Bucket will feature, as well as some things you probably never did at school like Human Table Football, Ski Crazy, Beat the Buzzer and Penalty Shoot Out.

Your teams will go head to head, first in the heats, then in the finals, to see who will be top of the class. School Fancy Dress is optional, but we promise no-one will have to play in their pants if they forget their kit!

At the end of the event, why not treat your pupils to a Back 2 Skool Disco with Giant Games in the Common Room?

Snapshot

Catch the best of your event on camera with Snapshot, a fully mobile event suitable for any time, any place, anywhere.

Based in and around your chosen venue, City or Town, it’s a fun team activity that everyone can take part in.

Your teams of Snappers will take on a series of photo challenges to earn points. Afterwards, they mount their photos on their Snapshot display boards, add captions, and the team with the most points at the end are the snap happy winners.

As well as being a fun team event, Snapshot is the ideal way for your delegates to appreciate their conference destination or exotic location, be it Manchester or Madrid, Nice or Newcastle, Brighton or Barcelona!

Thames RIB Adventure

This is an adventure you’ll never forget, an amazing, adrenalin-fuelled team experience in the heart of London on the world famous River Thames.

Teams will zip up and down the river at breathtaking speed in rigid inflatable boats (RIBs), completing a range of challenges en route. They will also face land-based challenges.

This is an ideal event for incentive trips as well as teambuilding, as your teams will also get a chance to see the sights with views of famous landmarks like the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, the MI6 Building, the O2 Arena, Docklands and the Thames Flood Barrier.

The Great Egg Olympix

Team Spirit’s eggciting head-to-head Team Building event, great both indoors and out, which sees your teams compete in 3 Great Egg Olympix Challenges that follow the Egg Olympix motto of Protinus, Altius, Tutius!

Your teams are scored on each challenge by the Great Egg Olympix adjudicators and the team with the most points at the end of the competition is crowned the winners!

The Challenges:

  • Protinus (further) – Teams must design a self-propelled vehicle to transport their egg as far as they can down the Great Egg Racetrack.
  • Altius (higher) – Teams must design a self-standing tower to support their egg. The higher it gets the more points they earn!
  • Tutius (safer) – Teams must safely transport their competition egg, from a 1m height, to a ground level target that is 4m away, without breaking it. The question is, will it stop safely?

The teams then compete in a Finale – The Golden Egg Bonus, where teams must drop their Golden Egg from the Golden Egg tower, landing it safely on the target without it breaking to earn bonus points.

This fantastic head-to-head Team Building event will work at almost any venue and is great both indoors and outdoors.

The Great Egg Race

It’s a race against time - and gravity - with an egg!

Your teams must design, construct and test a structure to transport an egg exactly three metres, from a one metre height to floor level - and the egg must get there all in one piece.

There’s a time limit too - will your teams get their eggs over the line before the clock stops?

Win or lose, the Great Egg Race is smashing fun either way.

This egg-xiting event is a great energiser, teambuilding or conference activity that can be held indoors or outdoors, lasting between 45 and 90 minutes.

The sky’s the limit as your teams battle to make their Travel Business worth more than the rest in Travel Traders.

They will buy, sell, negotiate, persuade and influence, doing deals with other firms across four timed trading periods.

Depending on market conditions during each trading period, commodities like flights, meals, excursions and cruises all have varying values - and as each team has different market information, there’ll definitely be some fun had when trading commences.

This fantastic, fast-paced activity is ideal for teambuilding, as a conference activity, an energiser, or post dinner activity - and because everyone gets chance to speak to each other, no matter what your audience size, it’s an excellent icebreaker.
